Our Mission
Teachers Helping Teachers Canada is a grassroots organization created by a group of Toronto educators in 2008. Our mission is to train and equip volunteer educators to conduct professional development in developing countries; working as a team to gather resources and raise funds towards the program. By partnering with our organization, you will not only help to make a difference in the communities we work in, but work towards breaking the cycle of poverty for future generations.
UGANDA, JULY 2013
After three years of successful programs in rural areas of southern Kenya, we are excited to be planning our first program in neighbouring Uganda. The 2013 Uganda trip will run from July 2 - July 24.
